On October 26th, Suzhou Linghou Robotics officially reached a tripartite strategic cooperation with Shenxin Kechuang and Beiji Xiongxin, focusing on the research and development and commercialization of fully domestic robot technology. With the momentum of complementary advantages and collaborative innovation, we will jointly solve the development problems of the industry and promote the high-quality development of the fully domestic robot industry to a new stage.

The three parties will closely collaborate to build a complete ecological chain from core technologies to physical implementation. With years of accumulated visual perception and motion control technologies, Linghou Robotics has actively expanded into the general robot field, successively launching products such as visual modules, wheeled robot modules, integrated joint modules, and domain controllers. Currently, it has achieved batch delivery. Relying on its end-to-end full-process management system, complete supply chain ecosystem support and flexible production capacity, it has provided one-stop ODM solutions for large-scale delivery to global general robot customers.

In this collaboration, Linghou will shoulder the core mission of "hardware physical implementation", being responsible for the production and manufacturing of high-precision column-type robots and foldable wheeled humanoid robots, ensuring the precise transformation and quality control of the products from design to implementation. Shenxin Kechuang focuses on the adaptation of the underlying system's software and hardware, responsible for the overall design of the main system, the development of upper-layer applications, and the completion of embodied agent testing and training in simulation scenarios. Arctic Xiong Xin provides the key large model chips for this project, endowing the robots with powerful localized AI decision-making capabilities.

At the signing ceremony, Mr. Dong Hao, the chairman of Linghou Robotics, emphasized: "Going it alone cannot lead to a stable and long-term future. Only through open collaboration can we seize the initiative in core technology research and development and industrial upgrading breakthroughs." At the same time, it will drive the coordinated development of related industrial chains and form a favorable industrial ecosystem.

In the future, Linghou will increase its investment in research and development and build a general robot industry ecosystem covering "core components - complete machines - ODM scenario-based testing".
