From November 20th to 21st, the second AnyZhi Embodied Intelligence Robot Annual Conference, themed "Evolution · Remodeling · Transition", was successfully held in Shanghai. At the TOP30 Embodied Intelligence Robot Pioneer Award Ceremony, the Linkhou Joint Module won the "Innovation Technology Award" with its breakthroughs in core technologies. This honor not only directly affirms its technological achievements but also fully demonstrates the high recognition of industry experts for Linghou's in-depth capabilities and development potential in the embodied intelligence field.

Linkhou independently developed high-torque-density and drive-sensing-control integrated joint modules, covering key technology breakthroughs such as frameless motor electromagnetic design, position error compensation, dual-encoder position comparison output, precise assembly of joint modules, and joint module packaging design. By integrating the concept of electromagnetic-mechanical-algorithm collaborative optimization throughout the entire R&D process, it has formed a fully integrated drive-sensing-control solution with independent intellectual property rights. This solution can meet the strict requirements of humanoid robots for high dynamic response, high reliability, and lightweight in industrial collaboration and special operation scenarios, filling the domestic technological gap in this field and promoting the process of independent control of core components of domestic humanoid robots.

1. By adopting a specific pole-slot ratio, high slot fill factor, and rotor Halbach array, the torque density of the joint module is enhanced, reaching up to 50 Nm/kg.

2. The driver adopts a self-developed cogging force compensation algorithm and implements three-loop control to reduce speed fluctuations and ensure smooth operation of the joint module, with speed fluctuations of no more than 1%.

3. The driver adopts the independently developed position error compensation technology, which combines the position feedback value of the second encoder at the output end to compensate for position deviations in real time, reduce the steady-state error at the output end, improve the accuracy of the joint module, and achieve a repeat positioning accuracy of ±2.5 arc seconds.
